The Person:
A successful candidate should be comfortable dealing with inventory management, different computer software especially MS office, sharepoint and good attention to details. You are independent, resourceful and take initiative. You are a phenomenal teammate with positive working demeanor and excellent customer service skills when dealing with contractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help Organize and Optimize Requests from Engineering teams by Priority and Urgency
- Support Organization and Handling of material and hardware’s
- Assist and support the moving of important materials to the locations it needs to be run on
- Accurately complete all paperwork associated with Inventory transfer
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the lab as well as other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Connect with engineers or product teams about requests
- Work with vendors on logistic portion of board repair
- Support basic equipment/hardware troubleshooting
Preferred Experience:
- Lab experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak/read/write in English
- Ability to use computer for sending/receiving email, updating spreadsheets, viewing documents
- Previous integrated circuit or board test experience a plus
- Ability to work compressed work week schedule
- May include extended periods of standing
- Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs
