Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy aligned with program and portfolio objectives.
- Coordinate closely with program and portfolio leads to ensure alignment of goals, priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Establish, review, and enforce code quAAality standards and best practices across all teams.
- Identify areas for process improvement, resource optimization, and skill development to enhance team capabilities.
- Champion the adoption and integration of AI technologies within the SDLC, including synthetic data generation and AI-driven development tools.
- Hands-on creation of AI agents, skills, and harnesses to support an AI-first approach implementation.
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
- Oversee the use and management of Azure infrastructure, GitHub repositories, and GitHub Actions pipelines.
- Promote and leverage tools such as GitHub Copilot and Factory AI to enhance development efficiency and innovation.
- Drive innovation through showcases and continuous delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
