What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining a profitable customer portfolio within the corrugated packaging market. What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer packaging needs and recommend effective corrugated solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and account strategies
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within established guidelines
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasts
- Monitor customer activity, market conditions, competitors, and new opportunities
- Partner closely with Production, Customer Service, Design, Quality, Finance, and other internal teams
- Support successful launches of new customers, products, and packaging solutions
- Visit customer locations and participate in sales meetings, plant visits, and industry events
- Work toward established sales volume, revenue, margin, and new-business objectives
We’re looking for someone who is competitive, personable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of their business.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous B2B sales, account management, or business development experience
- Manufacturing, corrugated packaging, paper, industrial, or related sales experience a must
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers at multiple levels of an organization
- Strong business judgment and understanding of pricing, profitability, and customer service
- Ability to independently manage sales pipeline
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management systems
- Ability to travel as needed
