Position Summary
Saica Pack Anderson is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented first shift Facilities Support Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout our manufacturing facility and office spaces. This position plays a vital role in supporting employees, visitors, and daily operations by ensuring all common areas, offices, and restrooms are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms throughout the facility.
Clean and maintain offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, and other common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect assigned areas.
Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
Monitor and replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of entrances, hallways, and employee gathering areas.
Maintain
Respond to facility cleaning needs in a timely manner.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Support special cleaning projects and facility-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous custodial, janitorial, or facility cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean workplace.
Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform routine physical activities throughout the shift.
