Description:
The role: Partnering with the business to provide legally compliant people processes that support the Company strategy and meet organizational requirements in order to ensure Saica can attract, develop and retain colleagues.
Tasks / Functions / main responsibilities:
Specific Tasks: (this list is not exhaustive)
- Application of Group Equal Opportunities, Environment, Health & Safety and Quality and local policies and procedures
- Workforce planning for budget; headcount; training plan; payroll; annual reviews and other HR activities as identified
- HR reporting in line with Company requirements namely through monthly Keeping-in-Touch (KIT) meetings
- Implement and maintain HR Group Procedures and initiatives, such as Training, Selection, C&B, Communication, Organization Levels, BSC, Saica Capabilities System, etc
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver agreed HR strategy to support the business strategy.
- Enable change through organizational design and development initiatives.
- Promote employee engagement.
- Manage all aspects of compensation and benefits in line with Company practice.
- Application of smart and compliant resourcing and selection techniques.
- Devise and deliver learning and development interventions to support talent management.
- Ensure all operational and transactional HR activities are covered.
- Other duties as reasonably required from time to time.
Requirements:
Academic qualifications
Appropriate degree.
Professional experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar post or as Head of HR.
- Team Management.
Specific training: detailed in specialized functions
Training in Labor Relations- Negotiating techniques.
- Team Management, Leadership and Motivation.
Q.S.E. knowledge/training • H&S Manual
- H&S basic level
