The Role
Supporting the plant of all IT equipment including network infrastructure, etc., installing and maintaining hardware & software systems that are critical while providing support to company employees.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure appropriate security levels are established and maintained for processes, information exchange and system implementations.
Academic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT related field..
Professional experience: 3 to 5 years of successful and demonstrable experience as IS / IT support, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Possess keen knowledge of network security and the increasing threats to loss of confidential data.

Main Responsibilities

- Deploy and support business processes software.
- Coordinate with IT 3rd parties’ vendors.
- Installing and supporting purchased IT hardware.
- Allocation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in the plant.
- Setting up computer security measures
- Monitors, configures, maintains and repairs technology and network equipment
- Assist in training new hires
- Solve incoming issues via ticket or phone calls, and monitor resolution for those not under his/her competence area, in order to meet service level agreements and support standards.
- Comply with both disaster and business recovery plans (and help define, review and test them).
