Key Responsibilities
- Translate warfighter needs into system requirements and capabilities.
- Integrate operational perspective into technical exchange meetings.
- Capture warfighter feedback in workflow tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Represent DIFC2 at planning conferences, demonstrations, exercises, and training events.
- Work in cross-functional teams in developing solutions to the Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, Assess (F2T2EA) targeting cycle challenges.
- Lead cross functional teams in external engagements.
- Organize, plan, and execute program participation at demonstrations and exercises.
- Represent the program to other DAF and DOW organizations.
Required Skills and Experience
- US Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI or SCI Eligible
- Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience.
- 14 years of DAF Command and Control, Battle Management, or ISR Experience
- Intermediate Development Education Required, Senior Development Education Preferred
- Experience working ABMS, JADC2 or other system of systems programs
