Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and advanced testing on products, components, and systems
- Document and modify test procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness in test records
- Install software, manage virtual machines, and configure networking equipment such as routers and switches
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues discovered during testing
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment as needed
- Work collaboratively with engineering and quality teams to enhance testing methods
- Focus on quality assurance throughout all testing activities
Required Education and Experience
- Associates degree or Technical certification in electronics, engineering or related field
- Five (5) years of experience in production testing
- SolidWorks experience preferred
- Experience working with workflow management systems is a plus
- Proficiency in installing software, managing VMs, and configuring network equipment (routers and switches)
- Working knowledge of SQL, databases, Visual Studio, and scripting
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as Ethernet, RS-232, and RS-422
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
