- Assist in Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting Support the Network team in monitoring network performance and diagnosing issues, including identifying and resolving connectivity problems, latency, and bandwidth usage.
- Participate in Network Equipment Configuration and Deployment Gain hands-on experience in configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and project requirements.
- Document Network Operations and Processes Contribute to creating and maintaining detailed network diagrams, system documentation, and customer-facing reports to support operational accuracy and continuity.
- Incident Management Analyst will review, monitor and report on adherence, and provide support as required
- Be involved in driving root cause investigations for high impact/high visibility issues.

- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related technical field with two years or more of college coursework completed.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
- Strong technical background and understanding of network management and engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Have a passion for a career in technology.
