The Storage IPv6 Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of storage systems within an IPv6-enabled network environment. - Must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience providing storage solutions engineering support, to include storage management, administration and maintenance of storage systems (e.g., SAN, INAS) ensuring high availability/and performance.
- Ability to monitor storage capacity, health, and performance metrics.
- Ability to perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Storage System Configuration and Management Setting up and configuring storage systems, including SAN, NAS, and Direct Attached Storage.
- Data Backup and Recovery Implementing and managing backup solutions to ensure data is regularly backed up.
- Storage Performance Monitoring Monitoring the performance of storage systems to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- IPv6 Configuration Configure storage technologies to communicate over IPv6 in addition to IPv4.
- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years and the ability to obtain a public trust.
- Strong knowledge of IPv6 networking, addressing, routing, subnetting, network design, and troubleshooting background.
Salary : $80,001 - $120,000
