SAIC is seeking a Senior Systems Integrator for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) major systems. This program will be part of a transformative venture, driving the future of next generation ice-breakers and enhancing the Navy and Coast Guard's polar mission effectiveness in response to evolving strategic and environmental demands.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors and nine (9) years or more relevant experience with one or more shipboard C5ISR systems: radio communication racks, Interior Communications (Alarm/Safety/Warning), shipboard CGOne/ Unclass/SIPRNET LANs, Surface Search Radar, Navigation Distribution system, Integrated Bridge System; additional four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree
Required Security Clearance:
Must have an a ctive Secret clearance on first day of employment
Required Certification:
Cybersecurity Workforce Level II cert i.e. Security CE, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP
Or must be willing to obtain/pass certification within 90 days of hire
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Prior experience providing support for a shipyard environment project
Familiar with C4ISR/C5ISR Interface Control Documents, Block diagrams, schematics, and Functional Interface Drawings
Experience with MIL-STD-2106 Development of Shipboard Industrial Test procedures
Experience with Risk Management Framework process to attain Authority To Operate
Desired/Key C3ISR, C4ISR, C5ISR, and/or C6ISR Shipboard Systems:

Duties:
- Perform Systems Integration support for stage 4 and 5 test procedures development and test execution project for USCG Polar Security Cutter C5ISR systems
- Plan and delivery of high-quality Systems Integration deliverables including contract CDRLS in support of program requirements
- Develop, update, and maintain project Systems integration documents including stage 4 and 5 test procedures, ICDs, Block Diagrams, schematics, technical and operational manuals for C5ISR systems
- Communicate to assigned Project Manager all key project systems integration plans, and engineering changes including requirements, C5ISR systems configurations and status, schedule, and scope changes
- Assess engineering change proposals and document risks and impacts to project milestones and deliverables
- Support the proactive identification and mitigation of risks
- Works with the multidisciplinary technical team to ensure successful shipboard industrial test procedures development and testing
