SAIC seeks a highly experienced and energetic Program Contracts Manager to support the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, in performing operational maintenance and sustainment of ground-based radars critical to US and Allied strategic missile surveillance, warning, defense, and space surveillance missions. These include the AN/FPQ-16, Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS), the AN/FPS-132, Upgraded Early Warning (UEWR) Radars and supporting systems. The Program Contracts Manager is responsible for new work estimations, proposals, and on-contract growth for the Ground-Based Radar (GBR) Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS) contract. This position is remote.

Key responsibilities
- Facilitate on-contract growth by developing timely BOEs, proposals, and other contract documentation
- Translate engineering solutions into priceable labor, materials, and direct program costs
- Track proposal progress, report status to program leadership, and ensure timely delivery
- Develop process documentation, establish repeatable best practices, and train teammates
- Refine tech volumes and ensure requirements, costs, and labor are accurately captured
- Bachelor’s degree and 15 years’ relevant experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in capture management, business development, and proposal writing
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in acquisition, pricing, estimating, and/or proposal and contract writing
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience working DoD projects, such as systems supporting missile warning, missile defense, and/or space domain awareness
- Experience working in diverse, and geographically dispersed teams
Salary : $200,001 - $240,000
