Description
SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst in support of the JSIL TECH Center program located in Huntsville, AL.
The Program Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
- Review status of projects and budgets
- Manage schedules
- Prepare status reports
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
- Ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract
- Developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program
- Participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements
- Monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree and three (3) years’ experience; additional four (4) years’ experience can be considered in lieu of degree
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain; US Citizenship required
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience in managing project budgets and financial planning
- Proficiency in creating, assessing, and delivering status reports
- Strong written and verbal communication for client and stakeholder interactions
