Support lifecycle management of PM assets, including
- Inventory control
- Asset visibility
- Equipment reconciliation
- Shipping and receiving coordination
- Repair cycle tracking
- Documentation management
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) and three (3) years’ experience; Additional six (6) years’ of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree (per contract vehicle).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct property or asset management experience within a DoD or government contracting environment.
- Strong knowledge of DoD and U.S. Army property accountability regulations and compliance standards.
- Safely perform physical handling requirements such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling equipment weighing up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Proven expertise with inventory management systems and lifecycle management processes.
- High proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail.
