The National Security & Space Sector of SAIC is seeking a Lifecycle Asset Management (LCAM) Lead to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA.
SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation’s information. DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies.
Specifically, on the DCSA One IT program, SAIC will provide an enterprise IT solution that delivers highly secured and adaptable IT infrastructure, provides customer support, and cutting-edge technologies that support operations and advance the DCSA mission under a single IT environment (i.e., One IT).
Job Description
Comprehensive responsibility for developing, implementing, maintaining, and executing the enterprise-wide IT Asset Management Program IAW with DCSA and DoD policies and procedures and commonly utilized industry best practices. Oversees lifecycle management of assets from procurement to disposal. Researches and recommends cost saving, asset compliance and service improvements. Develops and implements asset management plans, policies, procedures, processes, and life cycle strategies. Coordinates support for asset inventory and tracking documentation that tracks the financial aspects of an asset, including management, forecasting, renewal, reporting, and delivery of managed devices. Develops and executes asset control processes to monitor identifying, tracking, control, and accounting of assets. Directs cataloging, identification, tracking, transfer, allocation, and license maintenance. Oversees purchase of new equipment, replacements, and upgrades, ensuring proper routing of purchase order approvals. Implements internal audits and reviews, role-based training, and policies for purchasing process participants to ensure the integrity of the system. Coordinates licensing, maintenance renewals, and warranty repairs with third- party vendors. Manages the maintenance of asset records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements. Manages monitoring of software licenses to ensure they comply with license agreements and usage standards. Leverages access to Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) to assist DCSA personnel with inventory support. Assists with forming procurement strategies to optimize technology spend. Ensures audit compliance for DCSA assets. Assigns and prioritizes day-to-day activities for and provide guidance to asset management team. Develops asset-related knowledge articles for inclusion in the knowledgebase. Provide inputs into the Activity Report.

9 to 13 years of experience
TS (SCI Eligible)

MA/MS with 7 to 11 years of experience

Salary : $62,200 - $78,800
