Description
SAIC is seeking an Information Designer to serve on a Commander's Action Group (CAG) supporting our customer at Fort Meade, MD. The information designer will be part of a close team that is required to achieve the customer's long-term vision, translating strategic intent into operational execution and ensuring the precision of executive communications across the complex, multi-faceted ecosystem required to achieve the customer's mission.
Job Duties
- Under general direction, transforms complex AI data and strategic concepts into high-impact visual intelligence, essential for briefing the Commander on the progress of all Lines of Effort.
- Design executive-level briefings and dashboards that enable the Commander to make informed decisions.
- Develop visual aids for multi-domain scenarios.
- Translate complex network diagrams and AI architectures into intuitive visual aids for non-technical senior leaders.
- Ensure all outward-facing communications are consistent with Combatant-level standards and higher headquarters' messaging.
- Drafts executive-level speeches, talking points, and white papers.
- Develop comprehensive technical summaries of AI capabilities for use in the Commander's decision process.
Required Education and Experience
- BS and ten (10) years of work experience; four (4) years additional work experience in lieu of degree
- Experience and understanding of multi-domain military operations
- Proficiency in professional design tools and data visualization.
- Ability to take abstract strategic concepts and turn them into logical, intuitive visual flows.
- Multi-media design, understand military operations
- Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance and CI Polygraph. Polygraph must have been completed within the last five years.
