SAIC has an immediate need for a Fires Planning Cell – Theater Fires Planner located onsite at Shaw AFB, SC.
The contractor shall provide FOUR (4) planners for 24-hour support, serving as principal advisors and subject matter experts for the integration and employment of joint and multinational lethal and non-lethal fires at the Army Service Component Command (ASCC) level.

Description

Deliverables & Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and Joint Planning Process (JPP).
- Develop Fires and Targeting portions of Theater Campaign Plans, OPLANs, and CONPLANs.
- Ensure long-range precision fires are synchronized with Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) assets.
- Facilitate the Decide, Detect, Deliver, and Assess (D3A) methodology within the Joint Targeting Cycle.
- Represent ASCC interests during the Joint Targeting Coordination Board (JTCB).
- Coordinate with Theater Fires Cell, JFACC, and multinational partners.
- Support Crisis Action Planning (CAP) cells and draft executive-level Information Papers as needed.

Professional Requirements
- Direct military experience in Field Artillery or Air Defense.
- Graduation from Captains Career Course and Intermediate Level Education (ILE/CGSC).
- Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Level I/II strongly preferred.
- Mastery of FM 3-09 and JP 3-60.
- Proficiency with AFATDS, JADSI, and GCCS-J.
- Must possess and maintain active TS/SCI clearance.
