Your Role at SAIC
Proposal & Contract Management
- Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and administration of multiple contract types, including Cost Plus, Time and Materials, Firm Fixed Price, and Task Order contracts.
- Compliance Excellence Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Provide management with guidance on contractual rights, obligations, and interpretations of terms and conditions.
- Serve as the primary liaison with senior internal and external personnel, ensuring smooth coordination across organizations and strong stakeholder relationships.
- Draft teaming agreements and proprietary information agreements while managing data for regulatory reporting.
- In-depth Federal Contracts Expertise You know the ins and outs of federal contracting, with a focus on excellence and accuracy.
