Description
SAIC is seeking a Cable Fabrication Kitter for our North Charleston, SC customer site.
The Cable Fabrication Kitter will
- Review wire diagrams, schematics & cable runsheets to correctly kit required material needed to assemble cables.
- Create work orders in CMPRO.
- Cut cable to specified lengths.
- Kit required parts, cable, tags, wire markers with the cable runsheet in the harness bag for cable fabrication.
- Assemble shipments.
- Track cables.
Required Education and Experience
- Associate Degree in Engineering Technology, or formal electronics training from Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communications. Three (3) years practical experience, to include laboratory testing, manufacturing, or maintenance. OR High School diploma or GED. Five (5) years practical experience, to include laboratory testing, manufacturing, or maintenance.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
