PC Refresh Coordinator
SAIC has an immediate need for PC Refresh Coordinator interested in a permanent full time role working remote. This position will coordinate PC Refresh activities with in support for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining and monitoring Refresh plans and schedules
- Organizing, attending and participating stakeholder meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Ensuring refresh SLAs are met
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Undertaking additional tasks as required
- Developing Refresh strategies and standard set of tasks that can be used by the LCM Team
- Ensuring all refresh documentation is maintained appropriately
- Assess refresh risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate’s Degree in related discipline and three (3) years related experience; Or High School diploma and five (5) years equivalent experience performing in a technical support role
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and apply other time management skills to operate effectively in a highly fluid, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
CLEARANCE:
- Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
