Saible Law Group, P.A., a civil defense firm located in downtown St. Petersburg, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our attorneys in day-to-day case management and billing administration. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong attention to detail.
- Review attorney calendars, case activity, and email correspondence to identify and record billable work.
- Enter detailed and accurate time entries consistent with client billing guidelines (UTBMS format).
- Maintain organized electronic files and assist with administrative tasks related to litigation support.
- Track and follow up on billing-related questions or discrepancies.
- Assist attorneys with scheduling, document management, and other administrative projects as needed.
- Excellent typing and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; comfortable working with multiple systems and tabs simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and ability to learn complex billing and documentation requirements.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications; experience with legal billing software a plus.
- Prior experience in a legal, insurance defense, or professional services setting is preferred but not required.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour
