Position Summary: The Product Development Program Manager leads the strategic planning, execution oversight, and continuous improvement of the company’s product portfolio. This role focuses on operational excellence—ensuring that product initiatives are prioritized effectively, delivered predictably, and aligned with business goals. The position emphasizes cross-functional coordination, process optimization, and performance management across the product lifecycle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Drive the annual and quarterly product planning cycles, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, market needs, and resource capacity.
- Maintain a clear, data-driven view of the product portfolio, including prioritization frameworks, roadmap visibility, and investment trade-offs.
- Partner with Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership to evaluate new product opportunities and portfolio adjustments.
- Lead cross-functional program governance, ensuring product initiatives progress on schedule, within scope, and with clear accountability.
- Establish and manage program dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track performance and highlight risks or dependencies

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Product Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5 years experience in program management, product operations, product strategy, or portfolio management.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong operational and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of product development processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in the following applications: MS Access, MS Project, Excel, Word, and
- Outlook.
- Must be able to read, write and converse fluently in English with the level of competency
- that will permit the applicant to function in the position.
