About SAI Residential Treatment Center:
SAI RTC provides trauma-informed residential care for adolescents with complex behavioral health needs. The program includes therapy, psychiatric services, group programming, education support, crisis intervention, and 24/7 multidisciplinary supervision.
Position Summary:
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight for the RTC therapeutic program, supervising therapists and interns, directing treatment planning, ensuring compliance, and supporting crisis response. This leader maintains safety, quality of care, and trauma-informed programming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly clinical supervision to RTC therapists and clinical interns.
- Oversee treatment plan development with interdisciplinary input.
- Review documentation for CARF, HCQC, and Medicaid compliance.
- Participate in crisis response, safety planning, and de-escalation.
- Facilitate clinical rounds with BIS, MHTs, nursing, and management.
- Train staff on trauma-informed care and crisis protocols.
- Support incident debriefings and critical incident review.
- Collaborate with schools, providers, and external partners.
- Ensure timely audits, reviews, and discharge planning.
Qualifications:
- Nevada license (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, PsyD/PhD)
- 3 years experience with adolescents or residential/inpatient care
- Crisis response and trauma-informed experience
- Knowledge of CARF, HCQC, and Medicaid standards
Pay: $72,696.78 - $87,548.80 per year
