Location: Elgin
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $49,000 – $52,000 per /year (based on experience and qualifications)
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
- Bilingual in English/Hindi or Urdu strongly preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance to clients and home care aides
- Manage large caseloads efficiently and prioritize duties
- Maintain and update clientele files and required documentation
- Build professional relationships with case managers and case management units
- Help expand business through word-of-mouth and networking
- Conduct home visits in Elgin and surrounding suburbs
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers and external organizations
- Strong case management and task prioritization skills
- Ability to travel within Kane and Cook County regularly and outside as required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi or Urdu strongly preferred)
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Understanding of caregiver and participant needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
