This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cyber Security Engineer located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Cyber Security Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the security of applications, networks, information systems, and organizational data. Responsibilities include conducting vulnerability assessments, implementing security measures, identifying threats, and responding to potential breaches. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain advanced cybersecurity practices to safeguard the organization’s critical infrastructure.

• Proficient in Application Security to safeguard software systems.
• Strong skills in Cybersecurity and Network Security to protect organizational networks and prevent unauthorized access.
• Knowledge and experience in Information Security to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
• Ability to conduct Vulnerability Assessments and manage risk mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with security tools, monitoring systems, and incident response procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
