We are a fast-growing, privately-owned, full-service veterinary hospital in beautiful Sammamish, WA. We have a full in-house laboratory, advanced surgical and dental suite, full body and dental x-ray systems, top of the line ultrasound machine, and the most advanced class IV therapy laser on the market! We also perform unique services such as in-house ultrasounds and TPLOs.
We are seeking a client service representative/receptionist to join our growing team. We are a fun group of highly-skilled individuals who encourage teammates to continue learning and growing in a positive, supportive environment. Experience working in a veterinary setting is desired, but not required.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and great attention to detail. Responsibilities include:
- Interacting with clients in a warm and professional manner, intaking incoming patients, and handling payments.
- Answering phone calls, which may involve answering questions and screening and scheduling appointments.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and email.
- Updating patient electronic medical records on our practice management software.
- Entering data into an electronic billing program.
- Processing credit card payments and preparing bank deposits.
- Retrieving prescriptions.
- General housekeeping duties.
We are open Monday through Friday from 8am-6pm, Saturday from 9a-2p. We are closed on Sunday and major holidays. Candidates should have open availability and reliable transportation.
