Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers.
- Handle various chemical agents safely while applying sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Operate cleaning machinery including vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks following safe lifting practices when moving furniture, supplies, or equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness by replenishing supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags; dispose of waste according to safety procedures.
- Follow all safety protocols during chemical handling and custodial activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks such as painting touch-ups or light repairs when needed.
