Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves prospecting, cold calling, scheduling meetings, presenting services, and negotiating contracts with potential clients. Additionally, the Commission Sales Associate will track market trends and report on sales activities and results.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and generating leads
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Relevant experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
