Veterinary Client Service
Representative (CSR)
Saginaw, MI
Saginaw Valley Equine Clinic has an opportunity for a Client Service Representative (CSR) at our practice in Saginaw, Michigan. We are looking for someone who is client connection focused, team-oriented, self-motivated, energetic with great communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Experience in the veterinary field is a plus but if you have the passion, we have the people to help teach and develop your skills. Our industry leading onboarding process offers not only hands-on mentorship, but an interactive online training platform as well for easy access to resources as you learn.

Team Member Responsibilities
· Manage world class client experience including client feedback system
· Greet clients and patients with professionalism and warmth
· Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
· Check in/out clients, process payments, and maintain accurate records
· Communicate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction
· Report on client experience in weekly, monthly and quarterly staff meetings
Qualifications and Requirements
· Experience with Microsoft 365 and business software
· Knowledge of Equine and Veterinary terminology would be beneficial
· 1-2 years customer service experience required
· Veterinary clinic experience preferred, not required
Education
Required: High school graduate or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and experience in business/marketing
Schedule
· 8 hour shift
· Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
