What are the responsibilities and job description for the Level One Assembler position at Saginaw Products Corporation?
Specific Responsibilities :
- Basic understanding of Blue prints.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Basic use and knowledge of hand tools such as; wrenches, socket sets and screwdrivers.
- Basic knowledge in use of precision measuring instruments, calipers, tape measure and scales.
- Ability to use basic fixtures and use techniques needed for clamping and work holding.
- Understanding of proper deburring of machined part.
- Ability to possess basic math skills to include but not limited to adding subtracting, multiplication, Divisions.
- Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly.
- Communicates with management, quality and other shop personnel to resolve machining or quality issues.
