GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
Performs intermediate administrative support work assisting and processing customer requests for various records,
certificates, and licenses and related work as apparent or assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Processes and maintains various documents, applications, and files related to vital record keeping for the
- Proofreads ballot verbiage.
- Provides customer service and responds to various document and application processing requests. This
(DD214), Conceal Pistol License (CPL), and Assumed Name Certificates (DBA); searching genealogy; recording
missing persons; and processing new Notary Bonds.
- Maintains cash drawer and accepts payments. Records and provides appropriate documentation, invoices,

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Moderate experience (1-3 years) in an office setting.
✓ Ability to become a Michigan notary public within 6 months of hire.
