What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shelter Case Manager Part-Time position at Saginaw County Youth Protection Council?
Support vulnerable runaway and homeless youth to develop the skills they need to reach their full potential.
The case manager works directly with youth and their families to support them and alleviate family crisis. the case manager will work with community partners (schools, counseling agencies, other non-profits) to identify youth who are homeless or who have run away and connect these youth with our program services.
The case manager candidate must have a bachelor degree in human services or related field. Previous experience in working in a residential setting, working with vulnerable youth, and conducting community outreach is preferred.
Driving is a required part of the job.
On-call shift coverage is required.
Part-Time
Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
