LPN or RN – Acacia Health Center Skilled Nursing Facility
Starting Pay: $30/hr to $42/hr – Depending on LPN/RN License and Tenure
Schedule: 6p-6a

- Successful completion of an approved nursing program
- Current Arizona RN or LPN license required
- Valid CPR Certification with BLS, First Aid and AED training
- 6 months nursing experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and document care
- Physical ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs, stand, reach, and assist with resident transfers (up to 125 lbs) and push residents in wheelchairs or shower chairs
- Patience and compassion when dealing with others, especially those who are sick, injured, elderly, or from different backgrounds.
