Each offers a wide range of healthcare services, including inpatient medical services, emergency room services, surgical services, imaging services, laboratory diagnostic services, primary care, infusion services, and women’s health.
Job Summary:
- Practices within the Rules and Regulations and Practice Act set by the Board of Physical Therapy of the State of Wyoming
- Performs thorough chart review prior to treatment
- Correctly administers physical therapy techniques/modalities in a safe, effective manner, including interchanging treatment media, based on formulated treatment plans and goals
- Evaluates patients, utilizing all available information and age specific knowledge, within time frames outlined in policy and procedures
- Trains patient/care giver in use of assistive equipment
- Effectively and appropriately monitors and adjusts treatment according to patient response to treatment
- Completes all documentation required in a timely manner
- Recognizes and fulfills all legal responsibilities
Qualifications
Licenses:
- Current Physical Therapy License in the State of Wyoming
- Current Drivers License
Certification:
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
Experience:
- Wound care experience required
