About This Opportunity:
As a Field Tech, you will perform interior finishing and carpentry work on high-rise condo repiping and renovation projects. You will work as a skilled member of the crew, executing tasks with precision, keeping the job site safe and organized, and contributing to high-quality results on every project. This position offers consistent work, strong earning potential, and long-term career growth — ideal for an experienced carpenter ready to apply their skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.
The Field Tech role requires the demonstrated ability to perform carpentry work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively, follow safety protocols, and maintain a professional appearance on site. This role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based at the job site, reports to the Field Tech Lead, and works closely with the rest of the onsite crew.
Key Duties and Responsibility:
- Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood and other materials
- Lift and move materials as needed by carpentry team (50–100 lbs regularly)
- Help maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Perform demo and removal of old materials as directed
- Take out trash and perform general site support

Key Requirements:
- 1 year of carpentry experience
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Able to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
- Own basic carpentry hand tools
- 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Must already reside in the state of Hawaii
Salary Range: Starting pay at $22 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
