Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Relationship Management Analyst to join our National Accounts team within the Sales & Marketing department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in optimizing and managing the operational side of our distribution partnerships, helping to drive the success of our partners and enhance their experience within SageSure.
As the Relationship Management Analyst, you will serve as the operational liaison between our distribution partners and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, and senior leadership. This role is vital in supporting the growth of our partnerships, ensuring smooth operations across the policy lifecycle, and facilitating collaboration across the organization to meet partner needs and drive business outcomes. You will work closely with the Manager of National Accounts to deliver exceptional service to our most strategic distribution partners. With the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally, you’ll ensure that our partners have the tools and resources they need to thrive while contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.

What you’d be doing:
- Act as a primary operational point of contact for our distribution partners, managing day-to-day interactions and addressing operational concerns.
- Serve as an internal advocate for our distribution partners, ensuring their needs and priorities are understood and reflected in internal processes and strategies.
- Monitor key aspects of the policy lifecycle, including new business, renewals, and claims, to ensure operational health and timely execution.
- Track production trends, identify anomalies, and proactively address any performance issues or challenges that arise with partners.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of resource materials, guides, and operational documentation
- Partner with various internal departments—including Underwriting, Operations, and IT—to ensure seamless coordination and successful execution of initiatives
- Own projects to support the continued growth of the National Accounts team
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Prior experience working in an externally facing, service-oriented role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data tools to analyze performance and track metrics
- Ability to learn and apply concepts quickly in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in P&C industry
- Knowledge of the coastal residential insurance market
