SageSure is seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Manager to join the growing and dynamic Brand & Creative team. In this role, you will be the bridge between stakeholders and the creative engine of the organization. This entails leading the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and digital and creative initiatives, and translating stakeholder feedback into actionable tasks for writers, designers, and strategists.

What you’d be doing:

  • Lead and coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives from requirements gathering to the project’s end.
  • Act as the primary gatekeeper for all creative requests, ensuring briefs are complete; objectives are clear, and resources are available before work begins.
  • Identify project scope and develop detailed workback schedules and milestones for complex initiatives.
  • Review, ticket, and manage all internal and external creative, brand, and digital requests within the project management system.
  • Monitor team bandwidth and surface capacity constraints across designers, copywriters, and digital specialists to prevent bottlenecks.
  • Interview stakeholders to gather and document objectives, assumptions, and requirements to ensure project success.
  • Translate stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Work closely with writers, designers, and strategists to ensure work flows smoothly through multiple touchpoints.
  • Proactively communicate project statuses, changes, or updates to stakeholders.
  • Own and optimize the project management platform for tracking, reporting, and ease of use.
  • Continually seek ways to improve processes and incorporate best practices.


We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 4–6 years of project management experience, preferably within a creative agency or an in-house brand team.
  • Experience with enterprise project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Monday.com).
  • Experience implementing agile project management methodology for iterative and flexible workflows.
  • Ability to translate high-level business goals into everyday work.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve potential issues before they occur and exercise good judgment.
  • A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.


Highly preferred candidates also have:

  • PMP, PCM, or MPM certification.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles.
