What you’d be doing:
- Collaborate with engineering/solution design to ensure accurate requirement documentation for existing systems.
- Confirm business requirements with stakeholders, ensuring exceptional quality.
- Coordinate with insurance product QA to uphold requirement quality .
- Ad-hoc duties and initiatives as they arise
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business/Insurance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in reverse engineering requirement documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills .
- Ability to convey complex issues and solutions to diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- 1-2 years of Property & Casualty property insurance experience, with preference for Residential.
- Familiarity with insurance policy admin sales and service systems, Excel proficiency .
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, capable of working in a fast-paced environment independently.
- Experience working with SmartSheet , Confluence, and Jira
- Development Experience
- Knowledge of XML, SQL , JSON .
- Experience in Agile development methodologies .
