Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Support payroll processing and benefits administration.

Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Accounting / Finance:

Assist with accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare and reconcile financial reports and statements.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits.
Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in HR, accounting, or administrative support (hospitality experience preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or accounting software is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work on-site in Naples, FL.
