As a Psychologist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide psychological evaluations and/or psychotherapy based on your areas of interest and expertise. Qualified candidates should have prior evaluation experience and be skilled in completing the full assessment process—from intake to presenting results. While we are particularly interested in hiring a psychologist to conduct evaluations, there is flexibility to create your own mix of assessment and therapy work, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules. All testing materials are provided by Sagent.

Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological evaluations and implement treatment plans and therapy within scope of competence.
- Offer clinical supervision to master’s or doctoral-level providers if needed
- Maintain clear, organized outpatient records and complete required documentation
- Participate in clinical staff meetings, including case and peer reviews, and follow all organizational policies
- Complete Managed Care applications in a timely manner and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota (LP) or pursuing LP licensure
- Must be comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.
Compensation:
We offer multiple pay options to meet your professional and financial goals!
Post Doctoral: $70,000 – $75,000
Licensed Psychologist: $95,000 – $125,000
- Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE. Employees in these positions are W2
