As a Clinical Site Director at Sagent Behavioral Health, formerly known as (Ellie Mental Health/ Nystrom & Associates), you will primarily focus on providing superior client care and improving the mental health of your local community. You’ll do this by drawing upon your training and experience to meet the client where they’re at.

Responsibilities:
- Lead all clinical staff meetings, consultations, and documentation; ensure clinic services align with community needs
- Provide continuous performance feedback, conduct annual reviews, and coordinate with HR/QA on staff performance issues
- Oversee 245i compliance, maintain required documentation, and support clinical program oversight
- Interview, hire, and supervise clinical staff; serve as backup for billing, credentialing, and clinical supervision needs
- Collaborate closely with administrative site leads/managers to manage clinic operations and staff
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, provide ongoing therapy, and maintain complete, organized electronic health records
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP)
- Ability to supervise, manage, mentor and lead clinical staff.
- 3 years of supervisory and/or administrative experience strongly preferred; Board Approved Supervisor status is preferred
- Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.
Salary : $83,000 - $105,000
