- Work with a small number of clients, providing support tailored to their needs, ensuring a positive impact on their mental health journey.
- Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and/or their families in the home, community.
- Collaborate on designing effective treatment plans for clients.
- Have the potential to assist with ARMHS or CTSS groups and other program-related tasks, enhancing your practical skills.
- Document mental health sessions accurately, maintaining organized patient electronic health records in compliance with state legislation.
- Attend team meetings, attend regular supervision, contribute to collaborative client care and program development efforts.
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university graduate program pursuing a master's degree in either social work or clinical counseling (with the eventual license of LICSW or LPCC).
- Must receive internship credit through your school/program or be completing formal practicum or internship through your graduate school/program.
- Previous work or volunteer experience related to behavioral health is preferred (common examples are Independent Living Skills, Inpatient Mental Health, Behavioral Program or Residential Experience). Must have access to a personal vehicle to use during the internship.

Total earnings for this position will include a monthly stipend of $1,000.
- Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE.
