The Courtyard Loma Linda is hiring for a Campus Sales Manager to lead the sales effort for the Loma Linda Campus Hotels. This role is responsible for driving top-line revenue performance and ensuring alignment with each of the assigned Hotels’ commercial goals and markets. Key Responsibilities Include:Sales Leadership
- Lead the sales effort in prospecting, contracting, and account management activities.
- Maintain strong relationships within assigned market segments - corporate, group, and travel partners.
- Represent the Hotel at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
- Collaborate with Director of Sales and Revenue Management to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
- Assist team to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure accurate sales reporting and forecasting through CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the General Manager, Corporate Sales and other Campus Sales Leadership to align on strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of hotel sales experience
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Knowledge of sales systems and CRM tools, Delphi experience preferred
- Full-time position with travel and flexible schedule as required.
- Frequent interaction with clients, community, and industry representatives.
- Professional appearance and adherence to Hotel brand standards required.
Salary : $70,304 - $80,000
