Position: Scheduler

Business & Location: SageCreek Planning - Fredericksburg, Virginia

Job Description:

Our small downtown Fredericksburg office is looking for a Part-time Scheduler. Are you detail-oriented? Can you provide exceptional customer service? Qualifications:

· U.S. Citizen or Naturalized U.S. Citizen is required

· High School Diploma is required. Degree is preferred

· A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience required

· Solid experience using Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams) and Adobe is required

· Experience navigating CRM software and other related financial software packages is preferred

· Experience working in a financial management firm is preferred

· Schedule multiple Advisor appointments, maintain calendar and other administrative projects as needed

Full-time or Part-time: Part-time (3 days/week)
