- Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team to exceed revenue, retention, and growth goals.
- Drive partner-led performance by enabling firms to deliver Sage’s cloud and accounting solutions.
- Build and execute strategic sales plans, outreach initiatives, and joint business strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and partner teams to accelerate Sage Intacct adoption.
- Optimize renewals and cloud migrations through data-driven sales execution.
- Identify and remove operational barriers, streamline processes, and foster cross-departmental alignment.
- Represent Sage at key industry, partner, and customer events.
- 10 years of experience in B2B software sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success leading inside sales or channel teams within SaaS or ERP environments.
- Experience selling to or partnering with accounting firms or selling accounting/ERP solutions.
- Strong coaching capabilities, with expertise in forecasting and executing sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
