Most of your day will be spent hands-on with a team of Business Development Representatives. Theyโll look to you for tips on outreach, objection handling, and turning prospects into qualified leads, while you keep an eye on their performance metrics and pipeline forecasts. At the same time, youโll work cross-functionally to align messaging and strategies, streamline processes, adopt and scale tools, hire, onboard, and keep your team motivated and engaged.
