Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of hands-on, high-volume multi-state U.S. payroll processing experience.
- Experience using an enterprise or high-volume payroll system and/or HRIS (such as ADP, SAP, Workday, UKG, Dayforce, Oracle HCM)
- Experience with Kronos or other time and attendance systems.
- Knowledge of payroll tax, year-end reporting, reconciliations, audits, and payroll corrections.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- High attention to detail with strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written).
- You're team-oriented and can provide examples of your effective collaboration skills
- Experience with SAP and/or ADP GlobalView.
- Canadian payroll experience

Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Run and reconcile high-volume, multi-state U.S. and Canadian bi-weekly payroll using ADP GlobalView.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure payroll complies with federal, state, provincial, and local regulations; support quarterly and year-end tax filings, audits, and reconciliations while safeguarding all proprietary, employee, and payroll data with strict confidentiality.
- System Use: Validate and manage payroll data flowing from SAP HRIS and Kronos timekeeping systems.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular checks on taxes, deductions, garnishments, commissions, and other payments to ensure accuracy.
- Issue Resolution – Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries, ensuring proper documentation and controls are in place.
- Customer Focus & Communication: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction and responding to inquiries via ServiceNow tickets, phone, and email promptly and effectively.
