Responsibilities include : Greeting clients and checking them in upon arrival, and checking them in.Checking to ensure the proper consent forms were completed, and providing additional paperwork as needed, based on services scheduled.Maintaining knowledge of products and services to successfully handle questions and promote sales.Answering calls and booking, changing or cancelling appointments accurately and efficiently, according to policies regarding deposits and cancellations.Responding to text and social media inquiries.Informing staff of appointment changes, cancellations or delays immediately.Multitasking to greet walk-ins, clients, and phone calls, simultaneously with grace and patience.Checking out clients for services completed, rebooking clients and informing them of referral incentives and specials to encourage return visits.Answering general questions about services, membership and pricing.Maintaining clean appearance of salon, wiping down surfaces; washing, drying and folding laundry; and vacuuming before / after hours.Demonstrating initiative, finding ways to assist in med spa operations during downtime
