We’re looking for a dependable, organized Maintenance Inventory & Purchasing Administrator to support our Maintenance team by making sure technicians always have the right parts and supplies when they need them.
If you have experience in maintenance support, storeroom operations, inventory control, or purchasing in a manufacturing or industrial setting — and you enjoy keeping things organized and solving “we need this part now” problems — this role is for you.
Your work directly reduces downtime and helps production stay on schedule every day.
What You’ll Do

Manage maintenance parts, tools, and MRO inventory

Receive, label, stock, and organize parts in the storeroom

Track usage, returns, and reorder levels

Source parts and obtain vendor quotes for best price and delivery

Create purchase orders and follow up on shipments

Work closely with technicians and the Maintenance Manager to forecast upcoming needs

Perform cycle counts and keep inventory accurate

Maintain vendor records, warranties, and purchasing documentation

Keep the maintenance shop clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking For
-
2 years experience in inventory, purchasing, storeroom, or maintenance support
-
Manufacturing or plant experience preferred

Knowledge of MRO parts and equipment is a plus

Comfortable using Excel and inventory/CMMS systems
-
Strong organization and attention to detail
-
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout shop and plant areas
-
Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision and supports the team
