The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Solutions Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining, developing, and delivering innovative solutions that address complex business challenges for our clients and drive significant business growth. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution adoption and client satisfaction.


What You'll Do:

  • Solution Strategy & Design:
  • Lead the end-to-end design of comprehensive solutions, translating complex client requirements into clear, actionable technical and functional specifications.
  • Develop solution roadmaps that align with overall business objectives and product strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, infrastructure, and client operations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Act as a primary liaison between internal and partner teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Guide and mentor technical and project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and providing technical leadership as needed.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to capture requirements and gain consensus.
  • Project & Program Management:
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of solution implementation, from conceptualization and design to deployment, testing, and ongoing support.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and client executives.
  • Present complex technical solutions and business cases clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying their evolving needs and proposing strategic solutions.
  • Market & Industry Expertise:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform solution development and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our solution delivery processes and methodologies.


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • [7 ] years of progressive experience in solutions architecture, consulting, product management, or a similar role, with a strong focus on enterprise-level solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully defining, developing, and delivering complex technical solutions that meet business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, competitive pressures, and client needs.
  • Experience with [mention specific technologies, platforms, or industry-specific tools relevant to your company, e.g., cloud platforms (Azure), CRM systems (Dynamics), data analytics tools, ERP systems (Business Central), etc.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Certifications in project management (PMP, CSM) or solutions architecture, understanding of Lean principles.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
